Refund Policy: Returns

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by the Stamp family. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your product arrives to your destination address, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately destash sale items cannot be refunded.
All products on any sort of clearance are NOT AVAILABLE for a refund and return. If there are any problems with the product please contact us at (email address)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days from receiving your order, you will not be eligible for a refund.
